Okay. I'll make another entry about Lost and Found tomorrow since almost 2:00am right now and I'm too tired to type up such a long, involved post (as if I make any other type). And I'll get around to replying to zarla's latest Secret Theater entry tomorrow too.
A couple of quick things:
For some reason, I really, really like that strut (well, I see it as a strut) in the first panel of this Banished! strip. The Boscis are awesome.
Damn you, waywardoctagon! Those flash games you recently posted have been distracting me for hours. AGHRRJIHhfdslk;h, why are simple games like those so addictive?
YES the Boscis are awesome
. 8D HARD LIGHT TECHNOLOGY. I knew he had something planned, especially when he set off the weapon detector. It's totally a strut. And he looks so pleased
in the second panel! ...Oh, man, I missed the last couple updates. >( I guess just friending banished_comic
Hahhahaah I know, aren't they? 8D Pendulumecha gets hard
Oh by the way: tentacles! Edited at 2007-11-24 06:24 am (UTC)
INDEED! So, were you like me and giggled immaturely at this comic?
I just knew
he wasn't really there in the flesh. And he should
be pleased, that trick was excellently done.
I can't get past the first level in Pendulumecha. D: I keep letting the cord get too low.
I'm really good at Paintball, though. I think there was only one level that I skipped over because I couldn't think of a way to propell the ball correctly.
YES and I even knew which one it was before I clicked the link. :3 I didn't realize he wasn't there in the flesh until TheReveal, or possibly right before; I just knew something was up. I mean, he was so unruffled the entire time. It was brilliant.
Yeah, I do that, too. I also seem to fling the robot too high fairly frequently, too, and of course when that happens it's hard to tell when it'll come down (and the higher it goes, the faster it comes down...) :X However, it's easier if you pause a little to judge your next throw--you can hang from the ledge indefinitely, so you can just wait for a few seconds before letting go, and get a better angle that way.
...You can skip levels? :B Ha, I thought you had to beat a level for it to show up on the level chooser. There were a few that were pretty tough, though.
